Our Focus

Rural Focus Impact Group (RFIG) is a specialised consultancy dedicated to bridging the gap in niche allied health services for individuals living in regional, rural and remote areas across Australia.

RFIG acknowledges the unique challenges faced by regional, rural and remote communities, including limited access to services, long travel times, and fewer local resources equipped to support individuals with complex needs and challenging presentations.

As a mobile service operating across Australia, we are passionate about reaching geographically isolated people who face barriers to accessing the specialist support they require.

We are passionate about working with people living with complex and overlapping disability, neurodevelopmental disorders, severe mental illness, personality disorder and victim/survivors of complex trauma.

We prioritise referrals for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and young people facing significant disadvantage and vulnerability, including those in out-of-home care, involved in the child protection system, and/or engaged with the criminal justice system.

Our team operates with cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed expertise, ensuring a collaborative, client-centred approach.

We are experienced in working across diverse community settings, secure residential facilities, and custodial environments, fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored, safe and effective support.
